Free delivery on orders over £35
Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
True Skincare Limited as the right to change any pricing, delivery times and promotions at its discretion.
International Delivery Customs & Taxes
Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be).
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Brexit & Deliveries to Northern Ireland - Please be aware that we are a UK based brand and therefore any orders being placed from countries within the EU and Northern Ireland will now have to go through customs clearance which may be subject to additional fees. Please refer to our "International Deliveries" section above.
Amendments to Orders
If you need to change any details on your order, please contact info@trueskincare.co.uk as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot make any amendments to your order and they cannot be cancelled.
Missing Deliveries
If your delivery has not been made within 10 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please get in touch with us straight away at info@trueskincare.co.uk so that we can resolve this with Royal Mail.
If your order is returned to us due to non-collection or attempted delivery failure, postage and packaging costs will not be refunded and a new order will have to be placed.
Refunds & Returns
We respect your statutory rights to a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided they are returned unopened and unused within this time frame and purchased directly online from TRUE Skincare Limited and not purchased through the Truly Upcycled scheme. If you receive an item which is damaged or if there is a problem with the product, excluding those purchased through the Truly Upcycled scheme, please email us at info@trueskincare.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue and photograph. Please note that we do not accept refunds and returns due to skin allergies, conditions or unsuitability. Please check the ingredients before purchasing our products, which are all available on the product pages on our website, and conduct a patch test prior to use. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Although we will process your refund straight away upon confirmation from our Customer Care Specialist, please allow up to 3 days to receive your email notification from our website confirming your refund. Refunds will appear in your bank account between 3 - 7 working days.
The corresponding loyalty points will be automatically deducted from your account if a refund is issued.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Truly Upcycled Refunds & Returns
When purchasing products through our Truly Upcycled scheme, you accept that True Skincare Limited is unable to detail the specifities of each product. Products purchased through the Truly Upcycled scheme cannot be returned or exchanged.
